Methods:Atotalof120patientswithODI-KDBSwererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup,with60patientsineachgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwastreatedwiththeKidneyTonifyingandBloodActivatingformulacombinedwithclomiphene,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedclomiphenealone.Thetreatmentlastedforthreemenstrualcycles.Changesinmenstrualcycle,ovulationrate,pregnancyrate,andadversereactionswereobservedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroups. Results:Aftertreatment,themenstrualcyclewassignificantlyimprovedinbothgroups(P<0.05),buttheimprovementinthetreatmentgroupwasmoresignificantthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Theovulationrateinthetreatmentgroup(80.0%)wassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(58.3%)(P<0.05),andthepregnancyrateinthetreatmentgroup(45.0%)wasalsosignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(28.3%)(P<0.05).Theincidenceofadversereactionswaslowinbothgroups,withnosignificantdifferencebetweenthem(P>0.05). Conclusion:TheKidneyTonifyingandBloodActivatingformulacombinedwithclomiphenecaneffectivelyimprovethemenstrualcycle,increasetheovulationrate,andimprovethepregnancyrateinpatientswithODI-KDBS.Thetreatmentissafeandwell-tolerated,providinganewtherapeuticoptionforinfertilitycausedbyovulatorydysfunction.
