莱菔硫烷对镉致大鼠肝肾毒性保护作用的实验研究 摘要 Objective:TostudytheprotectiveeffectofSulforaphaneonliverandkidneytoxicityinducedbycadmiuminrats. Method:Ratsweredividedintofourgroups:controlgroup,cadmiumgroup,cadmium+sulforaphanelowconcentrationgroup,andcadmium+sulforaphanehighconcentrationgroup.Theratswereadministeredbygavage,andtheliverandkidneytissueswerecollectedforbiochemicalanalysis. Result:Theresultsshowedthatcadmiumcausedseveredamagetoliverandkidneytissue.However,co-treatmentwithsulforaphanesignificantlyreducedthelevelsofbiochemicalindicatorsofliverandkidneydamagecausedbycadmium.Theantioxidantcapacityofliverandkidneytissuewasalsoimproved. Conclusion:ThesefindingssuggestthatSulforaphanehasasignificantprotectiveeffectagainstcadmium-inducedliverandkidneytoxicityinrats. 关键词:莱菔硫烷,镉,大鼠,肝,肾,毒性 Abstract 目的:研究莱菔硫烷对镉致大鼠肝肾毒性的保护作用。 方法:将大鼠分为四组:对照组、镉组、镉+莱菔硫烷低剂量组和镉+莱菔硫烷高剂量组。大鼠通过灌胃给药,并收集肝肾组织进行生化分析。 结果:结果表明,镉会对肝肾组织造成严重的损伤。但与莱菔硫烷联合治疗可显著降低镉引起的肝肾损伤的生化指标水平。肝肾组织的抗氧化能力也得到了提高。 结论:这些发现表明,莱菔硫烷对镉致大鼠肝肾毒性具有显著的保护作用。 关键词:莱菔硫烷,镉,大鼠,肝,肾,毒性 Introduction Cadmium(Cd)isatoxicmetalthatcanaccumulateinvariousorgans,includingliverandkidney,causingdamagetotheseorgans.Cdexposurecancauseoxidativestressandgeneratereactiveoxygenspecies(ROS)leadingtothedamageofcellularcomponentssuchaslipids,proteinsandDNA.Inaddition,Cdexposurecanalsodisruptthebalanceofcellularantioxidants,leadingtoincreasedROSproductionanddecreasedantioxidantdefensecapacity. Sulforaphane(SFN),anaturalcompoundfoundincruciferousvegetables,hasbeenreportedtohaveantioxidantandanti-inflammatoryproperties.SFNhasbeenshowntohaveaprotectiveeffectagainstvariousdiseases,includingcancer,diabetes,cardiovasculardisease,andneurodegenerativediseases.SFNhasbeenreportedtohaveaprotectiveeffectonCd-inducedtoxicityinvariousorgans,includingliverandkidney. Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheprotectiveeffectofSFNonliverandkidneytoxicityinducedbyCdinrats. Materialsandmethods Animalsandtreatment MaleSprague-Dawleyrats(n=32,weighing200-250g)werepurchasedfromtheanimalcenterofZunyiMedicalUniver
