题目:中国远洋物流公司物流管理信息系统研究与方案设计

摘要

论文以中国远洋物流公司为研究对象，针对该公司日常业务操作和企
业管理中存在的问题进行深入的探讨。作者本着信息系统改造，管理革新
先行的指导方针，在建立面向现代化第三方物流企业的物流管理信息系统
之前，结合企业再造理论，实施了企业再造工程，优化组织结构和业务流
程，为物流信息系统的功能实现提供前提保障。作者运用市场需求理论，
对中远物流开展配送业务的可行性进行科学的论证，为增加配送功能，完
善企业服务范畴提供理论依据。利用电子化物流技术，以信息管理理论为
指导，紧密结合中远物流的具体情况，建立了中远物流管理信息系统，有
效地解决了企业信息流通不畅，物流管道透明度差的问题，满足了客户的
需求，改善了中远物流的物流服务水平。
本文的最大特点是理论与实际、定性分析与定量分析相结合,具有较强
的针对性、实用性和可操作性。对中远物流未来的业务扩展，资源配置优
化具有一定的指导意义，对公司领导实施战略决策具有实用参考价值。希
望本课题的研究，能为中远物流公司更好的适应现代化物流市场的需求提
供阶段性的参考模式，为促进中远物流公司信息化进程提供系统的实施方
案。

theoryofenterprisere-buildingtocarryoutenterprisereformproject
andoptimizeorganizationstructureandoperationprocedurebefore
theauthorsetupmodelTPLmanagementinformationsystembaseon
theprinciplethatthemanagementreformisearlierthaninformation
systemreform.Thispaperprovidepremiseandguaranteewith
realizinglogisticsinformationsystemfunction.Theauthorapply
withthetheoryofmarketdemandtomakescientificanalysisto
feasibleofprojectinordertoprovidetheoryproofwithdevelopment
ofdistributionbusinessandextendingservicefield.Theauthormake
useofthetechnologyofmodellogistics,closelycombinewith
specificconditionaboutCOSCOlogisticsandfinallysetupCOSCO
logisticsmanagementinformationsystemaccordingtothetheoryof
