等离子堆焊碳化钨强化镍基合金组织与性能研究 Abstract Plasmaarcweldingisawidelyusedweldingprocessinthemanufacturingindustryduetoitsadvantagesofhighweldingspeed,deeppenetration,andgoodweldingquality.Inthisstudy,aninvestigationwascarriedoutonthemicrostructureandpropertiesofatungstencarbidereinforcednickel-basedalloyfabricatedbyplasmaarcwelding.Theresultsindicatethatthereinforcedalloyhasauniquemicrostructure,showingauniformdistributionoftungstencarbideparticleswithinthenickel-basedmatrix.Furthermore,theadditionoftungstencarbideimprovesthewearresistanceandhardnessofthereinforcedalloy.Theconventionaltensiletestandhardnesstestshowthatthereinforcedalloyhasahigherstrengthandhardnessthanthebasematerial.Thisstudyprovidesatheoreticalbasisfortheapplicationoftungstencarbidereinforcednickel-basedalloysinthefieldofhighwear-resistantmaterials.
