水分和盐分联合胁迫下陆生植物对硼毒害的响应机制研究 摘要: 硼毒害是限制陆生植物产量和生长的主要因素之一。本研究以大豆和小麦为材料,通过实验室模拟的水分和盐分联合胁迫下,研究硼对植物的毒害程度及植物对硼毒害的应对机制。结果发现,水分和盐分联合胁迫能够加重植物的硼毒害,但大豆和小麦的响应机制略有不同。大豆借助活性氧清除系统来缓解硼毒害,而小麦则通过活性氧清除系统和保护性物质来尽可能避免硼对植物的毒害。该研究为进一步深入探究植物对环境压力的适应机制提供了新的研究思路。 关键词:硼毒害,水分胁迫,盐分胁迫,联合胁迫,大豆,小麦 Introduction: Landplantsareconstantlyexposedtovariousenvironmentalstresses,includingwaterscarcity,saltstress,andborontoxicity.Borontoxicityisconsideredtobeoneofthemainfactorslimitingtheyieldandgrowthoflandplants.Itnotonlyadverselyaffectsthenutrientabsorptionandutilizationofcrops,butalsocausesdamagetothestructureandfunctionofplants,ultimatelyreducingthequalityandquantityofcrops.Inrecentyears,manystudieshavefocusedontheresponsemechanismsoflandplantstoindividualenvironmentalstresses,suchaswaterscarcity,saltstress,andborontoxicity.However,fewstudieshaveinvestigatedthesynergisticeffectsofmultipleenvironmentalstressesonplantgrowthanddevelopment. Inthisstudy,weaimedtoinvestigatetheresponsemechanismoflandplantstoborontoxicityunderthejointstressofwaterandsalt.Usingsoybeanandwheatasmaterials,westudiedthedegreeofborontoxicityandtheresponsemechanismsofthetwoplantstoborontoxicityundersimulatedlaboratoryconditions. MaterialsandMethods: Materialpreparation:Soybean(Glycinemax)andwheat(Triticumaestivum)seedsweresterilizedwith0.1%HgCl2for5minutes,washedwithsterilewater,andgerminatedat25°Cfor24hours.Soybeanseedsweretransplantedintoplasticpots(diameter20cm,height25cm)filledwithcleanquartzsandandirrigatedwithHoaglandnutrientsolutionat70%maximumwaterholdingcapacity.Wheatseedsweretransplantedintoplasticpots(diameter15cm,height20cm)filledwithcleanquartzsand,andirrigatedwithHoaglandnutrientsolutionat70%maximumwaterholdingcapacity.
