植物内生菌Myrotheciumroridum次生代谢产物研究 摘要 Myrotheciumroridum是一种内生真菌,是许多禾本科等植物病害的病原菌。该菌具有多种生理生化特性,包括高度多样的次生代谢产物,已被广泛研究。本文主要介绍了M.roridum的次生代谢产物的研究进展,包括其对生物学和药理学的重要性,以及该菌的次生代谢产物的化学结构、生物活性和发现方法等方面的研究进展。 关键词:Myrotheciumroridum,内生菌,次生代谢产物 Introduction Myrotheciumroridumisacommonendophyticfungusfoundinmanyplants,includinggrasses,agriculturalcrops,andornamentals.Ithasbeenshowntobeaplantpathogenthatcancauseawiderangeofdiseasesinmanydifferentplantspecies.OneofthemostimportantfeaturesofM.roridumisitsabilitytoproduceadiversearrayofsecondarymetabolites,whichhaveattractedconsiderableattentionfromresearchers. Secondarymetabolitesarecompoundsthatarenotessentialforthegrowth,reproduction,orsurvivalofanorganism,butthatareproducedandaccumulatedinresponsetospecificenvironmentalstimuli.ThesecondarymetabolitesproducedbyM.roridumhavenumerousbiologicalactivities,includingantimicrobial,antifungal,anticancer,andinsecticidalproperties.Inthispaper,wewilldiscusstheresearchprogressonthesecondarymetabolitesofM.roridum,includingtheirimportanceinbiologyandpharmacology,theirchemicalstructures,biologicalactivities,andmethodsofdiscovery. Chemicalstructuresofsecondarymetabolites M.roridumproducesawidevarietyofsecondarymetabolites,manyofwhicharestructurallyunique.Thesecompoundscanbeclassifiedintoseveralgroupsbasedontheirchemicalstructures,includingmacrocyclictrichothecenes,eudesmanolides,pyridones,andpyrones. Macrocyclictrichothecenesareagroupofsecondarymetabolitescharacterizedbyamacrocyclicringandatrichotheceneskeleton.Thetrichotheceneskeletoniscomposedofa12,13-epoxyringanda9,10-doublebond.M.roridumproducesseveralmacrocyclictrichothecenes,suchasroridinA,roridinE,roridinH,verrucarinA,andverrucarinJ(Figure1).
