基于遗传算法的本体映射算法研究与实现 Abstract Ontologymappingplaysacrucialroleintheintegrationofheterogeneousdatasources.However,duetotheheterogeneityofontologies,mappingbetweenthemisacomplexandchallengingtask.Toaddressthisissue,thispaperproposesageneticalgorithm-basedontologymappingalgorithm.First,wedefinethemappingfitnessfunctionbasedonthesimilarityofconceptlabelsandrelationsinthesourceandtargetontologies.Then,weuseageneticalgorithmtoconstructanoptimalmappingbasedonthedefinedfitnessfunction.Theproposedalgorithmisimplementedandevaluatedonseveralbenchmarkdatasets.Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratethattheproposedalgorithmachievesbetterperformancecomparedtoexistingontologymappingalgorithms. Introduction Asthenumberofonlinedatasourcescontinuestogrow,theneedforintegratingthesesourcesandprovidingunifiedaccesstothembecomesincreasinglyimportant.Oneapproachtoachievingthisgoalistouseontologiesasameansofdescribingthedata.Anontologyisaformalrepresentationofdomainknowledgethatdefinesasetofconcepts,theirproperties,andtherelationshipsbetweenthem. However,theuseofmultipleontologiesfromdifferentdomainspresentsamajorchallengefordataintegration.Mappingbetweenontologiesmustbeperformedtointegratedatafromdifferentsources,butontologymappingisacomplexandtime-consumingtask.Theproblemofontologymappingistoestablishcorrespondencesorrelationshipsbetweenconceptsandrelationsindifferentontologies. Therehavebeenmanyapproachesproposedforontologymappingsuchassimilarity-basedapproaches,logic-basedapproaches,andmachinelearning-basedapproaches.However,duetothecomplexityoftheproblem,nosingleapproachissuperiortoallothersunderallcircumstances.Inthispaper,weproposeageneticalgorithm-basedontologymappingalgorithmthatcanhandletheheterogeneitybetweenontologies. ProposedMethod Ageneticalgorithmisasearchheuristicthatmimicstheprocessofnaturalselection.Itiscommonlyusedtofindsolutionstooptimizationandsearchproblems.Inourproposedmethod,weuseageneticalgorithmtofindtheoptimalmappingbetweentwoontologies. Theproposedalgorithmconsistsofthe
