复方灵芝红景天制剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响及抗疲劳作用研究 Title:TheInfluenceofCompoundLingzhiandHongjingtianPreparationonImmuneFunctionandAnti-FatigueEffectinMice Abstract: TheobjectiveofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheinfluenceofCompoundLingzhiandHongjingtianpreparationonimmunefunctionanditspotentialanti-fatigueeffectinmice.Forty-eighthealthymalemicewererandomlydividedintofourgroups:Controlgroup,Low-dosegroup,Medium-dosegroup,andHigh-dosegroup.ThemiceintheexperimentalgroupswereadministeredwiththeCompoundLingzhiandHongjingtianpreparationdailyforaperiodoffourweeks.Theimmunefunctionwasassessedbymeasuringthelevelsofserumimmunoglobulins(IgG,IgM,andIgA),cytokines(IL-2,IL-6,andTNF-α),andlymphocytesubsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,andCD4+/CD8+ratio).Theanti-fatigueeffectwasevaluatedbyrecordingtheexhaustionandswimmingtimesduringanexhaustiveswimmingtest.TheresultsshowedthattheCompoundLingzhiandHongjingtianpreparationsignificantlyincreasedthelevelsofserumimmunoglobulinsandcytokines,aswellasthepercentagesofCD3+andCD4+lymphocytesubsetsinadose-dependentmanner.Moreover,theswimmingtimetoexhaustionwassignificantlyprolongedinthetreatedgroupscomparedtothecontrolgroup.ThesefindingssuggestthatCompoundLingzhiandHongjingtianpreparationcanenhanceimmunefunctionandexhibitanti-fatigueeffectsinmice. 1.Introduction Immunefunctionplaysacrucialroleinprotectingthebodyfromvariousdiseases.However,factorssuchasstress,aging,andchronicdiseasescanimpairtheimmunesystem,leadingtodecreasedimmunityandincreasedsusceptibilitytoinfections.Therefore,enhancingimmunefunctionisofgreatimportanceformaintaininghealthandpreventingdiseases.
