Methods: AnimalModel: Atotalof36maleWistarratsweighingbetween180-220gwererandomlydividedintothreegroups:controlgroup(n=12),modelgroup(n=12),andShujiaoDecoctiontreatmentgroup(n=12).RatsinthemodelgroupandShujiaoDecoctiontreatmentgroupreceivedasingleintratrachealinstillationofbleomycin(5mg/kg).Duringthetreatmentperiod,ratsinthecontrolgroupreceivedsaline.
