含烯丙基结构杂萘联苯聚芳醚腈的合成与性能 Abstract Thispaperpresentsthesynthesisandpropertiesofpolyaryleneethernitrilescontainingvinylenestructuresandheterocyclicstructures.Thesynthesisofthepolymerwasachievedthroughafacilenucleophilicsubstitutionreactionof2,6-diiodoheterocyclicintermediateswithbisphenolderivatives.Theresultingpolymerhashighthermalstability,goodmechanicalproperties,andexcellentsolubilityinpolaraproticsolvents.Thesepropertiessuggestthatthepolymerhaspotentialapplicationsinvariousfieldssuchaselectronicdevicesandaerospacematerials. Introduction Polyaryleneethernitriles(PEN)haveemergedasanimportantclassofhigh-performanceengineeringplasticsduetotheirexcellentthermal,mechanicalandchemicalstability,andexcellentprocessability.Theyhavebeenwidelyemployedinvariousfieldssuchasaerospace,automotive,andelectronicsindustries.TheincorporationofvinylenestructureandheterocyclicstructureswithinPENpolymershasbeenofgreatinterestinrecentyearsbecauseofthesignificantimprovementinthepropertiesthattheyafford. Inthisstudy,wereportanovelclassofPENpolymercontainingavinylenestructureandheterocyclicstructure.Thesynthesisofthepolymerwasachievedusing2,6-diiodoheterocyclicintermediatesandbisphenolderivatives.ThestructureandpropertiesoftheresultingpolymerwerecharacterizedusingvariousanalyticaltechniquesincludingNMR,FT-IR,TGA,DSC,andGPC.Thethermalstability,solubility,andmechanicalpropertiesofthepolymerwereevaluated. Experimental Materials Bisphenol-A(BPA),4,4'-dicyanobenzophenone(DCB),andtriethylamine(TEA)werepurchasedfromSigma-Aldrich.2,6-Bis(4-cyanophenyl)pyridine(BCP)and2,6-bis(4-cyanophenyl)-1,3,5-triazine(BCT)werepurchasedfromJ&KScientificLtd.THFandDMFwerepurchasedfromAlfaAesar.Allreagentswereusedasreceivedwithoutfurtherpurification. Synthesisof2,6-diiodoheterocyclicintermediates 2,6-Diiodo-4-cyanopyridine(DICP)waspreparedbythereactionofBCPandiodineusingareportedprocedure.2,6-Diiodo-4-cyanotriazine(DICT)wassynthesizedbythereactionofBCTandiodineusingasimilarprocedure. SynthesisofPENpolymer AmixtureofBPA(
