兔脂肪来源干细胞改善静脉淤血皮瓣模型微循环功能的实验研究 Title:ExperimentalStudyontheImprovementofMicrocirculationFunctioninVenousCongestionFlapModelthroughRabbitAdipose-DerivedStemCells Abstract: Objective:Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheeffectofrabbitadipose-derivedstemcells(rASCs)ontheimprovementofmicrocirculationfunctioninavenouscongestionflapmodel. Methods:Seventy-tworabbitswererandomlydividedintothreegroups:controlgroup,flapgroup,andrASCtreatmentgroup.TheflapgroupandrASCtreatmentgroupunderwentavenouscongestionflapmodel,whilethecontrolgroupreceivednosurgicalintervention.IntherASCtreatmentgroup,rASCswereinjectedintotheflapareaimmediatelyaftertheoperation.Microcirculationfunctionwasassessedbymeasuringthemeanarterialpressure(MAP),bloodflowvelocity(BFV),andfunctionalcapillarydensity(FCD)atdifferenttimepoints. Results:Comparedwiththeflapgroup,therASCtreatmentgroupshowedsignificantlyhigherMAP,BFV,andFCDat24,48,and72hourspost-operation(p<0.05).HistologicalanalysisrevealedimprovedangiogenesisanddecreasedtissueedemaintherASCtreatmentgroupcomparedtotheflapgroup.Immunofluorescencestainingshowedincreasedexpressionofvascularendothelialgrowthfactor(VEGF)intherASCtreatmentgroup. Conclusion:ThetransplantationofrASCsinavenouscongestionflapmodelcansignificantlyimprovemicrocirculationfunctionbypromotingangiogenesisandreducingtissueedema.Thisstudyprovidesimportantinsightsintothepotentialtherapeuticapplicationofstemcellsinvenouscongestion-relatedconditions.
