基于产业集群视角的中小企业转型升级研究
摘要
迄今为止，我国经济的持续快速发展在很大程度上依赖于中小企带来的众大贡献。中小企业是国民经济发展的不竭动力，它不仅可以创造更多国民财富和提供更多的就业机会，而且还可以改善人民生活和维持社会稳定。它对资源的有效的配置、技术进步、产业升级等方面有重大意义。
本文的写作思路首先是研究产业集群、中小企业、转型升级以及产业集群与中小企业转型升级的关系，其次通过分析中小企业的发展规模和发展现状来引入中小企业转型升级的必要性，紧接着通过分析产业集群与中心小企业转型升级研究，再次在产业集群视角下提出中小企业转型升级面临的问题，最后基于产业集群视角提出相应的对策建议，从而改善我国中小企业的发展情形，实现中小企业的转型升级，使得中小企业更好的发展。

Abstract
Sofar,thesustainedandrapiddevelopmentofoureconomydependsheavilyonthecontributionsofthesmallandmediumenterprises.Smallandmedium-sizedenterpriseisthedrivingforceofthenationaleconomicdevelopment,itcannotonlycreatemorenationalwealthandtoprovidemoreemploymentopportunities,butalsocanimprovethelivesofthepeopleandmaintainsocialstability.Itisofgreatsignificancetotheefficientallocationofresources,technologicalprogressandindustrialupgrading.
Thinkingofwritingofthispaper,firstofall,isthestudyoftransformationandupgradingofindustrialcluster,smallandmedium-sizedenterprises,andtherelationshipbetweenindustrialclusterandthetransformationandupgradingofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,secondly,throughtheanalysisofthedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestointroducecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofscaleandthenecessityofthetransformationandupgradingofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,andthenthroughtheanalysisoftransformationandupgradingofindustrialclusterandthecentersmallbusinessresearch,againundertheperspectiveofindustrialclusterisproposedtransformationandupgradingofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesarefacedwiththeproblem,finallyputforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresandSuggestionsbasedonindustrialclustertheory,soastoimprovethedevelopmentsituationofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinourcountry,realizethetransformationandupgradingofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,makethedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesbetter.
