二醋酸纤维素三醋酸纤维素共混正渗透膜的制备与性能研究 Title:PreparationandCharacterizationofCelluloseAcetateandTriacetateBlendReverseOsmosisMembranes Abstract: Reverseosmosismembranesplayacrucialroleinvariousseparationprocesses,includingwaterpurification,desalination,andwastewatertreatment.Inthisstudy,weaimedtodevelopanovelmembranebyblendingcelluloseacetate(CA)andcellulosetriacetate(CTA)toenhancetheperformanceandstabilityofreverseosmosismembranes.Theblendmembraneswerepreparedbyaphase-inversionmethodandcharacterizedusingvarioustechniquestoevaluatetheirstructural,morphological,andseparationproperties.TheresultsshowedthattheadditionofCTAsignificantlyaffectedthemembraneproperties,leadingtoimprovedperformanceintermsofpermeability,selectivity,andfoulingresistance. 1.Introduction Reverseosmosis(RO)membraneshavegainedsignificantattentioninthefieldofwatertreatmentduetotheirhighefficiency,lowenergyconsumption,andexcellentseparationproperties.However,traditionalROmembranesbasedoncelluloseacetatesufferfromlimitedpermeabilityandfoulingissues.Toovercometheselimitations,blendingcellulosetriacetatewithcelluloseacetatehasbeenproposedasapotentialapproach.Cellulosetriacetateoffersbetterthermalandchemicalstabilityandimprovedhydrophilicitycomparedtocelluloseacetate,whichinturnenhancesthemembraneperformance.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectofcellulosetriacetateontheperformanceandstabilityofcelluloseacetate-basedreverseosmosismembranes. 2.ExperimentalSection 2.1Materials Celluloseacetate(CA)withadegreeofacetylationofX%wasobtainedfromSupplierA.Cellulosetriacetate(CTA)withadegreeofacetylationofY%wasprovidedbySupplierB.N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)wasusedasthesolvent,anddistilledwaterwasusedasthenon-solvent. 2.2PreparationofBlendMembranes Blendmembraneswerepreparedusingaphase-inversionmethod.Briefly,aCA/CTAblendsolutionwaspreparedbydissolvingCAandCTAinDMAcundermechanicalstirring.Theresultingsolutionwaspouredontoaglassplateusingacastingknife,andthecastingsolutionwaslefttodryfor24hoursatroomtemperature.Thedrymembranewas
