稠油水平井均匀注汽技术分析 Title:AnalysisofSteamInjectionTechniquesforHeavyOilHorizontalWells Introduction: Heavyoilplaysasignificantroleintheglobalenergymarket,andtheefficientextractionofheavyoilresourceshasbecomeacrucialtaskforthepetroleumindustry.Heavyoilreservesareoftenfoundinlow-permeabilityformations,therebynecessitatingenhancedoilrecovery(EOR)techniquestoextracttheoileffectively.OneofthemostwidelyusedEORmethodsissteaminjection,particularlyinthecaseofheavyoilreservoirs.Thispaperaimstoprovideacomprehensiveanalysisofthevarioussteaminjectiontechniquesemployedinheavyoilhorizontalwells. 1.SteamInjectionOverview: Steaminjectioninvolvestheinjectionofsteamintothereservoirtoheattheheavyoil,reduceitsviscosity,andenhanceitsmobility.Thistechniqueoffersseveraladvantages,includingimprovedsweepefficiency,oilrecoveryrates,andreducedresidualoilsaturation.Implementingsteaminjectioninhorizontalwellsoffersadditionalbenefitsduetothehigherwellcontactareawiththereservoir,leadingtoenhancedoilproduction. 2.TypesofSteamInjectionTechniquesforHeavyOilHorizontalWells: a)CyclicSteamStimulation(CSS):CSSinvolvescyclicsteaminjectionfollowedbyasoakingperiodandsubsequentproduction.Thesteamheatsoftenstheheavyoil,improvingitsflowability.CSSisaneffectivetechniqueforformationswithloweroilviscosityandcanrecoverlargequantitiesofheavyoil.However,itmaynotbesuitableforformationswithhighclaycontentduetopotentialformationdamagecausedbysteaminjection. b)SteamFlooding:Steamfloodinginvolvescontinuoussteaminjectionthroughinjectionwellsthatarestrategicallylocatedacrossthereservoir.ThistechniqueiseffectiveforimprovingtheoilrecoveryfactorandhasahighersweepefficiencycomparedtoCSS.However,steamfloodingrequiresahighsteam-oilratio,makingitacostlyEORmethodforheavyoilreservoirs. c)Steam-AssistedGravityDrainage(SAGD):SAGDinvolvesthesimultaneousinjectionofsteamintotheupperwellandtheproductionofoilfromthelowerwell.Thesteamheatsthereservoir,loweringtheoilviscosity,andallowinggravitydrainageofoiltowardsthelowerwell.SAGDprovideshighoilr
