概率语言环境下考虑专家心理行为的QFD方法 概率语言环境下考虑专家心理行为的QFD方法 Abstract: QualityFunctionDeployment(QFD)isawidelyusedmethodinproductdevelopmentandqualitymanagement.Itisasystematicapproachtoensurethatcustomerneedsanddesiresaretranslatedintoproductdesignrequirements.However,traditionalQFDmethodsoftenneglecttheinfluenceofexpertpsychologistsinthedecision-makingprocess,leadingtopotentialbiasesandsuboptimalresults.ThispaperproposesanovelapproachthatintegratesprobabilisticmodelingandexpertpsychologytoenhancetheeffectivenessofQFDmethod.Byconsideringthepsychologicalbehaviorsofexperts,wecanbetterunderstandtheirdecision-makingprocess,identifypotentialbiases,andimprovetheaccuracyofQFDanalysis.Theproposedmethodisillustratedwithacasestudyonamobilephonedesignproject,demonstratingitseffectivenessandpracticalapplicability. 1.Introduction QualityFunctionDeployment(QFD)isamethodthatoriginatedinJapanandhasbeenwidelyadoptedinvariousindustriesaroundtheworld.ThemainobjectiveofQFDistoidentifyandtranslatecustomerneedsanddesiresintospecificproductdesignrequirements.Bydoingso,companiescanensurethattheirproductsmeetorexceedcustomerexpectations,leadingtoenhancedcustomersatisfactionandcompetitiveadvantage. TraditionalQFDmethodstypicallyinvolveaseriesofmatricesanddiagrams,suchastheHouseofQuality,tosystematicallycapturecustomerrequirementsandlinkthemtotechnicaldesignelements.However,thesemethodsoftenoverlooktheinfluenceofexpertpsychologyinthedecision-makingprocess.Experts,ashumanbeings,aresubjecttovariouscognitivebiasesandpsychologicalheuristics,whichcansignificantlyaffecttheirjudgmentsanddecisions.NeglectingthesefactorsmayleadtobiasedandsuboptimalresultsintheQFDanalysis. Toaddressthisissue,thispaperproposesanovelapproachthatintegratesprobabilisticmodelingandexpertpsychologyintotheQFDmethod.Byconsideringthepsychologicalbehaviorsofexperts,wecanbetterunderstandtheirdecision-makingprocessandidentifyanypotentialbiasesthatmayaffecttheanalysis.Thisallowsustomakemoreaccurateandinformeddecisionsintheproductdevelopmentprocess
