强散射环境中的光学成像及光场调控技术研究 Title:OpticalImagingandLightFieldManipulationTechniquesinStrongScatteringEnvironments Abstract: Inrecentyears,thestudyofopticalimagingandlightfieldmanipulationtechniquesinstrongscatteringenvironmentshasgainedgreatattention.Strongscatteringenvironmentsarecharacterizedbythemultiplescatteringoflight,whichposeschallengestoconventionalimagingtechniques.Inthispaper,weprovideanoverviewofthecurrentresearchinopticalimagingandlightfieldmanipulationinstrongscatteringenvironments.Wediscussvariousapproachesandtechnologiesthathavebeendevelopedtoovercomethelimitationsimposedbystrongscattering,andhighlighttheirpotentialapplicationsinfieldssuchasbiomedicalimaging,remotesensing,andunderwaterimaging.Furthermore,weproposefutureresearchdirectionsandpotentialadvancementsinthisfield. 1.Introduction Strongscatteringenvironments,suchasbiologicaltissues,turbidmedia,andunderwaterenvironments,posesignificantchallengestotraditionalopticalimagingtechniques.Lightscatteringcausesdegradationofimagequality,lossofspatialresolution,andlimitedpenetrationdepth.Therefore,thedevelopmentofadvancedopticalimagingandlightfieldmanipulationtechniquesisessentialtoovercometheselimitationsandimproveimagingcapabilitiesinstrongscatteringenvironments. 2.OpticalImagingTechniquesinStrongScatteringEnvironments 2.1.DiffuseOpticalImaging Diffuseopticalimagingusesnear-infraredlighttoprobebiologicaltissuesandexploittheirscatteringproperties.Bymeasuringthescatteredlight,imagescanbereconstructed,providinginformationontissuestructureandfunction.Diffuseopticalimaginghasapplicationsinbrainimaging,tumordetection,andfunctionalimaging. 2.2.OpticalCoherenceTomography(OCT) OCTisahighlyversatileimagingtechniquethatusesinterferometrytomeasurethedepth-resolvedscatteringpropertiesoftissues.Itprovideshigh-resolutioncross-sectionalimagesandhasapplicationsinophthalmology,cardiology,anddermatology. 2.3.PhotoacousticImaging Photoacousticimagingcombinestheadvantagesofultrasoundandopticalimaging.Itreliesonthegenerationofaco
