工业废弃物对赤泥碱性调控的应用研究进展(英文) TheApplicationResearchProgressofIndustrialWasteonAlkalineRegulationofRedMud Abstract: Redmud,atypeofindustrialwastegeneratedduringtheproductionofalumina,hasposedsignificantenvironmentalchallengesduetoitshighalkalinity.Thetreatmentofredmudhasattractedmuchattentioninrecentyears,andvariousmethodshavebeenexploredtoreduceitsalkalinityandmitigateitsnegativeimpactsontheenvironment.Thispaperreviewstheapplicationresearchprogressofindustrialwasteonthealkalineregulationofredmud.Itdiscussestheutilizationofdifferentindustrialwastematerials,suchasflyash,wasteslags,andsludge,aspotentialadditivestoneutralizethealkalinityofredmud.Thepaperalsoanalyzesthemechanismsinvolvedinalkalineregulationandidentifiesthechallengesandfutureresearchdirectionsinthisfield. 1.Introduction Redmudisaby-productproducedduringtheextractionofaluminafrombauxiteore.Itischaracterizedbyhighalkalinity,containingsignificantamountsofsodiumhydroxideandsodiumaluminate.ThehighpHandcausticcontentofredmudposeseriousenvironmentalthreats.Therefore,findingeffectivemethodstoregulatethealkalinityofredmudiscrucialforitssafedisposalandutilization. 2.UtilizationofIndustrialWasteforAlkalineRegulationofRedMud 2.1FlyAsh Flyash,acommonindustrialwastefromcoalcombustion,hasshownpromiseinalkalineregulationofredmudduetoitshighcontentofamorphoussilicaandalumina.Theadditionofflyashtoredmudcanreactwiththealkalis,resultingintheformationofgeopolymericproductsthatcaneffectivelyneutralizethealkalinity.Additionally,theincorporationofflyashcanalsoimprovethephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofredmud,makingitmoresuitableforvariousapplications. 2.2WasteSlags Wasteslags,suchasblastfurnaceslagandsteelslag,havebeenextensivelystudiedaspotentialadditivesforalkalineregulationofredmud.Theseslagsarerichincalciumandmagnesiumoxides,whichcanreactwiththealkalisinredmudtoformcalciumandmagnesiumsilicates.Thesesilicate-basedcompoundscansignificantlyreducethealkalinityofredmudandenhanceitsstabilization.Moreover,theincorporationofwasteslagscan
