山东省放射工作人员细胞免疫功能现状研究 Title:AStudyontheCellularImmuneFunctionofRadiologicalWorkersinShandongProvince Abstract: Radiologicalworkersareexposedtovariouslevelsofradiationintheiroccupationalenvironment,whichmayhavesignificanteffectsontheirimmunesystem.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecellularimmunefunctionofradiologicalworkersinShandongProvince,China.Atotalof[number]radiologicalworkersand[number]non-radiologicalworkerswereenrolledinthestudy.Theperipheralbloodlymphocytesubsets,includingCD3+,CD4+,CD8+Tcells,andCD19+Bcells,weremeasuredusingflowcytometry.Additionally,thelevelsofselectedpro-inflammatoryandanti-inflammatorycytokines,suchasIL-2,IL-6,IL-10,andTNF-α,werequantifiedusingenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA). Keywords:radiologicalworkers,cellularimmunefunction,peripheralbloodlymphocytesubsets,cytokines. Introduction: Radiologicalworkersareexposedtoionizingradiationasapartoftheirdailyoccupationalactivities.Ionizingradiationhasbeenshowntohavevariousdetrimentaleffectsontheimmunesystem,includingalterationsinimmunecellpopulationsandfunctions.Theimmunesystemplaysacrucialroleinprotectingthebodyagainstinfectionsanddiseases,andanydisturbanceinitsfunctioningcanhaveserioushealthimplications.Therefore,understandingthecellularimmunefunctionofradiologicalworkersisofgreatimportancefortheirhealthandsafety. Methods: Thestudyincluded[number]radiologicalworkersand[number]non-radiologicalworkersascontrols.Demographicinformationandoccupationalhistorywerecollectedfromallparticipants.Peripheralbloodsampleswerecollected,andlymphocytesubsetswerequantifiedusingflowcytometry.Thelevelsofselectedpro-inflammatoryandanti-inflammatorycytokinesweremeasuredusingELISA.Dataanalysiswasperformedusingappropriatestatisticalmethods.
