III.教你如何写便条
便条是一种简单的书信，内容简短，大多是临时性的留言、要求等。人们在有急事需告诉某人而又不能面谈时，就可以写便条，如请假条、留言条等等。便条一般不写地址，与普通书信基本相同，具有用途广泛、形式简单、文字要求不严格的特点。便条都不用邮寄。
例一：请假条。写病假条时，如有医生出具的证明，最好一起附上。
