基于结构光的高反物体三维形貌测量方法 Title:AStructuredLight-basedMethodforHigh-ReflectiveObject3DShapeMeasurement Abstract: Three-dimensionalshapemeasurementofhigh-reflectiveobjectsisachallengingtaskduetothenon-uniformandnon-idealreflectionpatternscausedbytheirsurfaceproperties.Inthispaper,weproposeastructuredlight-basedmethodforaccuratelymeasuringthe3Dshapeofhigh-reflectiveobjects.Theproposedmethodcombinesaseriesofimageprocessingtechniquestoovercomethelimitationsofconventionalmethods.Experimentalresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessandaccuracyoftheproposedmethodinmeasuringthecomplexshapesofhigh-reflectiveobjects. 1.Introduction: Three-dimensionalshapemeasurementplaysacrucialroleinvariousfieldssuchasindustrialqualitycontrol,reverseengineering,andculturalheritagepreservation.However,measuringthe3Dshapeofhigh-reflectiveobjectsposesseveralchallengesduetothenatureoftheirsurfaces.Traditionalmethods,suchaslaserscanningandstereovision,oftenfailtoaccuratelycapturethecomplexshapesofhigh-reflectiveobjectsduetonon-uniformreflectionpatterns.Toaddressthesechallenges,thispaperproposesastructuredlight-basedmethodforhigh-reflectiveobject3Dshapemeasurement. 2.RelatedWork: Severalmethodshavebeenproposedfor3Dshapemeasurement,includingstereovision,laserscanning,andfringeprojection.However,thesemethodsarenotsuitableforhigh-reflectiveobjectsduetoissuessuchasspecularreflectionsandinsufficientsurfacetexture.Inrecentyears,structuredlightmethodshavegainedpopularityfortheirabilitytocaptureaccurate3Dshapesofobjectswithchallengingreflectiveproperties.However,mostexistingstructuredlightmethodsarestilllimitedbynon-idealreflectionpatterns,whichreducemeasurementaccuracy. 3.ProposedMethod: Theproposedmethodcombinesstructuredlightilluminationandimageprocessingtechniquestoaccuratelymeasurethe3Dshapeofhigh-reflectiveobjects.Firstly,structuredlightpatternsareprojectedontotheobject'ssurfaceusingadigitalprojector.Multipleimagesoftheobjectarecapturedbyahigh-resolutioncamera,includingthereflectedlightpatterns. Toovercomethenon-
