基于模拟件-产品件方法研究反应堆压力容器顶盖与多个CRDM管座焊接残余应力 Title:StudyonResidualStressAnalysisofReactorPressureVesselTopHeadandMultipleCRDMNozzleWeldJointsbasedonMock-up-to-ProductApproach Abstract: Inthefieldofnuclearpowergeneration,thesafetyandintegrityofthereactorpressurevessel(RPV)areofutmostimportance.WeldingresidualstressesintheRPVtopheadandcontrolroddrivemechanism(CRDM)nozzlejointscanhaveasignificantimpactonthestructuralintegrityandperformanceofthevessel.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheresidualstressesintheRPVtopheadandmultipleCRDMnozzleweldjointsusingamock-up-to-productapproach.Finiteelementanalysisandexperimentalvalidationareconductedtoevaluatethedistributionandmagnitudeofresidualstressesintheweldjoints.Theresultsprovidevaluableinsightsintotheweldjointdesignandoptimizationforensuringthelong-termsafetyandreliabilityoftheRPV. 1.Introduction: Thereactorpressurevesselisacriticalcomponentinnuclearpowerplants,servingasacontainmentvesselforthenuclearfuelandcoolant.Itissubjectedtovariousoperationalandenvironmentalloads,includingtemperaturechanges,pressurevariations,andradiationeffects.Weldingisextensivelyusedinthefabricationofthepressurevessel,includingthetopheadandtheCRDMnozzlejoints.Weldingprocessesinduceinternalresidualstressesduetothenon-uniformheatingandcoolingratesofthematerial.Thepresenceofresidualstressescanleadtoprematurefailureandreducethestructuralintegrityofthevessel.Therefore,itiscrucialtoanalyzetheresidualstressesintheRPVweldjointsanddevelopstrategiestomitigatetheiradverseeffects. 2.Methodology: Themock-up-to-productapproachisutilizedinthisstudytoassesstheresidualstressesintheRPVtopheadandmultipleCRDMnozzleweldjoints.Thisapproachinvolvesthefabricationofascaled-downmock-upspecimenthatreplicatesthegeometricalandmaterialpropertiesoftheactualweldjoints.Themock-upspecimenisusedforfiniteelementanalysistopredicttheresidualstressdistribution.Experimentalvalidationisthenperformedusingstraingaugesandothermeasurementtechniquestoverifytheaccuracyofthenumericalmodel. 3.FiniteElementAnaly
