Introduction: Inrecentyears,socialmediaplatformslikeWeibohavebecomeanimportantsourceofinformationdisseminationandcommunicationinmanyfields.However,thechallengeliesinunderstandingtheunderlyingdynamicsofinformationdiffusioninsocialnetworks. Weibo,withitslargeuserbaseanddiversecontent,providesanidealplatformforstudyinginformationdiffusion.ManystudieshavebeenconductedtoanalyzethefactorsthatinfluenceinformationdiffusioninWeibo,suchasuserinfluence,contentcharacteristics,andnetworkstructure.However,mostofthesestudiesfocusontherolesofindividualfactorsanddonottakeintoaccounttheinteractionsamongthem. Inthispaper,weproposeamulti-agentmodelforinformationdiffusioninWeibosocialnetwork,whichconsidersthecascadeeffectsofinformationdiffusionandtheinteractionamongmultiplefactors.OurmodelcansimulatethedynamicsofinformationdiffusioninWeibo,andprovideinsightsintotheunderlyingmechanismsofinformationdiffusion. ModelDescription: Ourmodelconsistsofmultipleagents,representingindividualusersinWeibosocialnetwork.Eachagenthasasetofproperties,whichaffecttheirbehaviorininformationdiffusion.Thesepropertiesinclude: -UserInfluence(UI):TheinfluenceofauserinWeibosocialnetwork.Weusethenumberoffollowers,thenumberofcommentsandlikes,andtheuser'sactivitylevelastheindicatorsofuserinfluence. -ContentCharacteristics(CC):Thecharacteristicsoftheinformationbeingdiffused,suchasthecontentofthemessage,themediatype(text,imageorvideo),andth
