Keywords:injectionmolding,warpingdeformation,CAEtechnology,moldimprovement 1.Introduction Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnology,theapplicationofplasticproductsinvariousindustrieshasbecomemoreandmoreextensive.Injectionmoldingtechnology,asoneofthemainmethodsforproducingplasticproducts,hasbeenwidelyusedduetoitshighefficiencyandhighprecision.However,intheprocessofinjectionmolding,warpingdeformationisacommonqualityproblem.Thewarpingdeformationofinjection-moldedpartsnotonlyaffectstheappearanceoftheproductsbutalsoaffectsthedimensionalaccuracyandmechanicalpropertiesoftheproducts,whichseriouslyaffectsthequalityoftheproducts. 2.AnalysisofDeformationMechanism Thewarpingdeformationofinjection-moldedpartsismainlycausedbytheunevencoolingoftheparts.Duringthemoldfillingprocess,themoltenplasticisinjectedintothecavityunderhighpressureandhighspeed.Afterthefillingiscompleted,thecoolingprocessbegins.Duetotheuneventhermalconductivityofthematerial,thecoolingrateofthedifferentpartsofthepartisnotuniform,resultinginunevenshrinkage.Theunevenshrinkagecausesstressinthepart,whichleadstowarpingdeformation. Inaddition,thedeformationofinjection-moldedpartsisalsoaffectedbythesize,shape,andorientationoftheparts.Theuneventhicknessofthepartsandtheinternalstresscausedbythecoolingprocesswillalsoleadtowarpingdeformation. 3.InfluenceofMoldFactorsonDeformation Themolddesignandprocessparametershaveagreatinfluenceonthewarpingdeformationofinjection-moldedparts.Thefo
