埋弧焊焊缝成形研究 Title:ResearchontheFormationofWeldBeadinSubmergedArcWelding Abstract: Submergedarcwelding(SAW)isawidelyusedweldingtechniqueduetoitshighdepositionrate,deeppenetration,andabilitytoproducehigh-qualitywelds.Oneofthekeyfactorsinfluencingthequalityoftheweldistheformationoftheweldbead.Thispaperpresentsacomprehensivestudyonthefactorsaffectingtheformationofweldbeadinsubmergedarcwelding,includingweldingparameters,jointdesign,fillermetal,andshieldinggas.Experimentalinvestigationandanalysisoftheweldbeadformationareconductedtoprovideabetterunderstandingoftheprocess.Theobtainedresultscanbeutilizedtooptimizetheweldingparametersandimprovethequalityofweldbeadsinsubmergedarcweldingapplications. 1.Introduction Submergedarcwelding(SAW)isanarcweldingprocessthatutilizesanelectricarcbetweenawireelectrodeandtheworkpiece.Thearcissubmergedunderalayerofgranularflux,whichprovidesprotectionagainstatmosphericcontaminationandgeneratesashieldinggas.SAWiscommonlyusedinthefabricationoflargestructures,suchasshipbuilding,bridgeconstruction,andpressurevesselmanufacturing.Inthisstudy,thefocusisontheformationofweldbeadsinsubmergedarcweldinganditsassociatedparameters. 2.FactorsAffectingWeldBeadFormation 2.1WeldingParameters Thechoiceofweldingparameters,includingvoltage,current,weldingspeed,andwirefeedrate,significantlyaffectstheformationoftheweldbead.Higherweldingcurrentsandslowerweldingspeedsgenerallyresultinwideranddeeperweldbeads,whilelowercurrentsandfasterspeedsproducenarrowerandshallowerweldbeads.Thewirefeedratealsoinfluencesthebeadwidth,ashigherfeedratestendtoincreasethebeadwidth.Properoptimizationoftheseparametersiscrucialtoachievingdesirableweldbeadformation. 2.2JointDesign Jointdesignplaysavitalroleintheformationofweldbeads.Thepreparationofjointgeometry,suchasgrooveshape,size,andfit-up,affectsthedistributionofheatandtheformationoftheweldbead.Aproperlydesignedjointensuresproperpenetrationandfusion,therebyimprovingtheweldbeadformation.Jointgaps,edgepreparations,androotopeningshouldbecaref
