响应面法优化太子参蒸汽爆破提取多糖的工艺研究(英文) OptimizationofProcessParametersforExplosiveExtractionofPolysaccharidesfromTaiziGinsengUsingResponseSurfaceMethodology Abstract: Taiziginseng,avaluablemedicinalplant,iswidelyrecognizedforitshighcontentofpolysaccharides,whichpossessvarioushealth-promotingproperties.Inthisstudy,weaimedtooptimizetheprocessparametersfortheexplosiveextractionofpolysaccharidesfromTaiziginsengusingresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM).Theextractionparametersstudiedincludedextractiontime,extractiontemperature,andliquid-to-solidratio.ABox-Behnkendesign(BBD)wasemployedtoevaluatetheinteractiveeffectsoftheseparameters.Thepolysaccharideyieldwasusedastheresponsevariable,andregressionanalysiswasperformedtodevelopamathematicalmodelforpredictingtheoptimalextractionconditions.Theresultsshowedthatallthreeparameterssignificantlyinfluencedthepolysaccharideyield.Theoptimalconditionsforpolysaccharideextractionweredeterminedasfollows:extractiontimeof3.9hours,extractiontemperatureof70°C,andliquid-to-solidratioof25:1.Undertheseconditions,thepredictedpolysaccharideyieldwas2.36%,whichwasingoodagreementwiththeexperimentalyieldof2.34%.Overall,thisstudyprovidesanefficientandoptimizedmethodfortheextractionofpolysaccharidesfromTaiziginseng,thuscontributingtotheutilizationofthisvaluablenaturalresourceinthepharmaceuticalandfoodindustries.
