一种基于矩阵补全的无线传感网数据收集方案 Title:AMatrixCompletion-basedDataCollectionSchemeforWirelessSensorNetworks Abstract: WirelessSensorNetworks(WSNs)playacrucialroleinvariousapplications,suchasenvironmentalmonitoring,habitatmonitoring,andtargettracking.DatacollectionisafundamentaltaskinWSNs,butitischallengingduetolimitedresourcesandunreliablecommunicationinthesenetworks.Inthispaper,weproposeanoveldatacollectionschemeforWSNsbasedonmatrixcompletion.Theproposedschemeaimstoimprovetheaccuracyandefficiencyofdatacollectionwhileconsideringresourceconstraintsandnetworkdynamics. 1.Introduction WirelessSensorNetworksconsistofspatiallydistributedautonomoussensorsthatmonitorphysicalorenvironmentalconditionsandrelaycollecteddatatoacentralizedlocation.Efficientandaccuratedatacollectionisessentialforeffectivedecision-makinginWSNs.However,theinherentcharacteristicsofWSNs,suchasnodefailures,unreliablewirelesslinks,andlimitedresources,makedatacollectionachallengingtask.Traditionaldatacollectionapproachesoftensufferfromhighenergyconsumption,longdelays,andinaccuratedataduetothesechallenges.Toovercometheselimitations,weproposeamatrixcompletion-baseddatacollectionschemeforWSNs. 2.MatrixCompletion Matrixcompletionisatechniqueusedtoestimatemissingvaluesinamatrixbasedontheobservationofasubsetofitsentries.InthecontextofWSNs,thematrixrepresentsthecollectedsensordata,whereeachrowcorrespondstoasensornodeandeachcolumncorrespondstoaspecificmeasurement.Byexploitingtheinherentstructureofthedatamatrix,missingorcorrupteddatacanbeaccuratelyestimated. 3.TheProposedDataCollectionScheme Ourproposeddatacollectionschemeconsistsofthefollowingkeysteps: 3.1MatrixModeling:EachsensornodeintheWSNisrepresentedasarowinthedatamatrix.Thecolumnsrepresentthemeasuredparametersfromeachsensornode.Byexaminingthespatio-temporalcorrelationamongsensornodes,weconstructaninitialdatamatrixwithmissingentries. 3.2MatrixCompletion:Theincompletedatamatrixisthencompletedusingstate-of-the-artmatrixcompletionalgorithms.Thesealgorithmsexploitlow-rankn
