鹅观草属及其近缘属物种的分子系统与进化研究 Title:MolecularSystematicsandEvolutionaryStudiesoftheGenusEpilobiumanditsRelatedGenera Introduction: ThegenusEpilobium,commonlyknownaswillowherbsorfireweeds,belongstothefamilyOnagraceaeandencompassesadiversegroupofherbaceousfloweringplants.Withover200speciesdistributedacrosstemperateregionsworldwide,Epilobiumdisplaysremarkablemorphologicalandecologicaldiversity.Despitetheirecologicalandeconomicimportance,thephylogenyandevolutionofthegenusEpilobiumanditsrelatedgeneraremainunderexplored.Inthisstudy,weaimtoinvestigatethemolecularsystematicsandevolutionaryrelationshipswithinthesetaxa. Methods: ToaddressthephylogeneticrelationshipswithinthegenusEpilobiumanditsrelatedgenera,wewillemploymoleculartechniquessuchasDNAsequencingandphylogeneticanalyses.Wewillcollectfreshplantmaterialfromvariousaccessionsacrossdifferentgeographicalregions.TotalgenomicDNAwillbeextracted,andtargetregions(suchaschloroplastmarkers)willbeamplifiedusingpolymerasechainreaction(PCR).ThePCRproductswillbesequencedusingnext-generationsequencingtechnologies,andtheobtainedDNAsequenceswillbealignedandanalyzedusingcomputationaltools.PhylogenetictreeswillbeconstructedusingmaximumlikelihoodorBayesianinferenceapproachestoinfertheevolutionaryrelationshipsamongspecieswithinthegenusEpilobiumanditsrelatedgenera. ResultsandDiscussion: BasedonpreviousstudiesthathaveutilizedmoleculardatatoinvestigatethephylogenyofEpilobiumandrelatedgenera,severalcladeshavebeenconsistentlyrecovered.ThephylogeneticrelationshipswithinEpilobiumarecomplex,andthegenusiscurrentlyclassifiedintoseveralsubgeneraandsectionsbasedonmorphologicalcharacteristics.However,themoleculardatahaveoftenbeenincongruentwiththecurrentclassificationscheme,suggestingtheneedforacomprehensivereassessmentofthegenus.
