Introduction: Acrylamideisachemicalcompoundthatiswidelyusedinvariousindustries,includingtheproductionofcombustionfragrances.However,acrylamidehasbeencategorizedasapotentialcarcinogen,anditspresenceinconsumerproductshasraisedconcernsregardingpublichealthandsafety.Therefore,accurateandefficientmethodsforthedeterminationofacrylamideincombustionfragrancesarerequiredtoensureproductqualityandprotectconsumerhealth. Methods: ThedeterminationofacrylamideincombustionfragranceswasperformedusingHPLC.TheHPLCsystemconsistedofagradientpump,anauto-sampler,acolumnoven,andaUVdetector.Thechromatographicseparationwasachievedusingareverse-phaseC18columnwithamobilephaseconsistingofamixtureofwaterandacetonitrile.Theflowrateanddetectionwavelengthwereoptimizedtoachievethebestseparationandsensitivity. Results: UndertheoptimizedHPLCconditions,goodseparationofacrylamidewasachievedwithinashortruntime.Themethoddemonstratedgoodlinearity(R^2>0.99)overtheconcentrationrangeof1-100μg/mL.Thelimitofdetection(LOD)andlimitofquantification(LOQ)werefoundtobe0.1μg/mLand0.5μg/mL,respectively.Theaccuracyandprecisionofthemethodwereevaluatedbyanalyzingspikedsamples,andtherecoveriesrangedfrom96%to105%,withrelativestandarddeviationsbelow3%. Discussion: ThedevelopedHPLCmethodprovidesarapid,sensitive,andaccurateapproachforthedeterminationofacrylamideincombustionfragrances.Themethodischaracterizedbygoodselectivityandlinearity,lowLODandLOQ,andexcellentaccuracyandprecision.Comparedtootheranalyticaltechniques,HPLCoffersadvantagessuchashighsep
