过共晶铝硅合金新型细化剂的研究 Title:ResearchonaNewRefiningAgentforEutecticAl-SiAlloyFine-Tuning Introduction: EutecticAl-Sialloysarewidelyusedinvariousindustriesduetotheirexcellentcombinationofmechanicalproperties,suchashighstrength,lowdensity,goodwearresistance,andthermalconductivity.However,thesealloysoftensufferfrompoorcastingproperties,suchaslowfluidity,highcastingporosity,andinadequatemechanicalpropertiesduetotheformationofcoarseeutecticsiliconparticlesduringsolidification.Therefore,itisessentialtodevelopeffectiverefiningagentstoimprovethequalityofeutecticAl-Sialloys. CurrentStateofRefiningAgentsforEutecticAl-SiAlloys: Inrecentyears,conventionalrefiningagents,suchasphosphorus,sodium,andtitanium,havebeenwidelyusedtorefinetheeutecticsiliconphaseinAl-Sialloys.Theserefiningagentsworkbyinducingnucleationofsiliconparticlesandpromotingtheformationoffiner,moredispersedparticlesduringsolidification.Nevertheless,theseconventionalagentshaveseveraldrawbacks,includinglimitedrefiningefficiency,adverseeffectsonalloymechanicalproperties,andenvironmentalconcerns.Therefore,therehasbeenagrowinginterestindevelopingnewrefiningagentsthatcanovercometheselimitations. DevelopmentofNewRefiningAgent: ThedevelopmentofanewrefiningagentforeutecticAl-Sialloysinvolvesseveralstages.Initially,theselectionofsuitablematerialswithhighaffinityforsiliconiscrucial.Ideally,therefiningagentshouldhavealowmeltingpointtofacilitateuniformdistributionthroughoutthemelt.Variousmethods,suchasmechanicalalloying,meltstirring,andin-situsynthesis,havebeenemployedtopreparetherefiningagent.
