表面微织构涂层-基体系统重载弹流润滑性能分析 I.Introduction Surfacemicro-structuredcoatingshavebecomeincreasinglypopularinrecentyearsduetotheirabilitytoenhancethetribologicalpropertiesofmaterials.Inparticular,thesecoatingsprovideoutstandinglubricationpropertieswheninteractingwithhigh-pressurefluidstreams.Thispaperwillfocusontheanalysisoftheslidingwearcharacteristicsofasurfacemicro-texturedcoatingsystemsubjectedtohigh-pressureflows. II.Background Thesurfacemicro-texturingtechnologyinvolvestheapplicationofacoating,typicallyathinfilm,thathasaspecificsurfacetextureonasubstrate.Thistexturecantakevariousforms,rangingfromgroovesandridgestoconesandpyramids.Theaimofthemicro-texturingistoenhancethesurfacepropertiesbyimprovingitstribologicalperformance,whichinturnleadstoimprovedwearresistanceandfrictionproperties. Thefluiddynamicsofhigh-pressureflowovertexturedsurfaceshavebeenextensivelystudiedinrecentyears.Thepresenceofthemicro-texturescreatesafluidicenvironmentthatpromoteslubricationbyreducingthecontactareabetweenthesurfaceandthefluid,ultimatelyresultinginreducedfrictionattheinterface.Thereductionincontactareaisduetothefactthatthemicro-texturesallowthefluidtopenetratethecontactareainamoreeffectivemanner,leadingtothecreationofafluidfilmthatseparatesthecontactingsurfaces. III.ExperimentalAnalysis Inthisstudy,asteelsubstratewascoatedwithathinfilmofmicro-structuredcoatingconsistingofsiliconecarbideparticles.Thesurfacetextureofthecoatingconsistedofanarrayofpyramid-shapedfeatureswithadimensionof100μmindiameterand75μminheight.Thecoatingwasappliedusingaplasmasprayprocesswithathicknessofabout50μm. Underhigh-pressureflowconditions,thetestsamplesweresubjectedtoarangeofpressures,rangingfrom0.1MPato1.0MPa.Aball-on-disctribometerwasusedtomeasuretheslidingwearrate,coefficientoffriction,andcontactpressureofthesamples.Theresultsobtainedwereanalyzedusingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andprofilometry. IV.ResultsandDiscussion Thetestresultsshowedthattheadditionofthemicro-structuredcoatingsignificantlyimprovedtheslid
