自养硝化颗粒污泥的异养反硝化性能研究 Title:ResearchonHeterotrophicDenitrificationPerformanceofSelf-SustainingNitrifyingGranularSludge Abstract: Thestudyaimstoinvestigatetheheterotrophicdenitrificationperformanceofself-sustainingnitrifyinggranularsludge.Heterotrophicdenitrification,asacrucialprocessinnitrogenremoval,playsasignificantroleinwastewatertreatment.Theuseofself-sustainingnitrifyinggranularsludgeoffersapromisingapproachtoenhancedenitrificationefficiency.Thisstudyfocusedonevaluatingthedenitrificationperformanceofself-sustainingnitrifyinggranularsludgeandexploringfactorsaffectingitsperformance.Theresultsindicatedthatself-sustainingnitrifyinggranularsludgeexhibitedexcellentheterotrophicdenitrificationcapabilitiesandthereforecanbeapotentialsolutionfornitrogenremovalinwastewatertreatment. 1.Introduction Nitrogenpollutionisamajorenvironmentalconcern,asexcessivenitrogendischargeintoaquaticsystemscanleadtoeutrophicationandsubsequentwaterqualitydeterioration.Nitrogenremovalinwastewatertreatmentfacilitiesisthereforeimperativetoensuretheprotectionofaquaticecosystems.Heterotrophicdenitrification,whichconvertsthenitrogenouscompoundsintonitrogengas,isawidelyusedstrategyfornitrogenremoval.Recently,self-sustainingnitrifyinggranularsludge,whichcombinesautotrophicnitrificationwithheterotrophicdenitrification,hasgainedincreasingattentionduetoitspotentialforenhancingnitrogenremovalefficiency. 2.Methodology Inthisstudy,self-sustainingnitrifyinggranularsludgewasobtainedfromafull-scalewastewatertreatmentplant.Thesludge'sheterotrophicdenitrificationperformancewasevaluatedinbatchreactors,whereinvariousparameterssuchascarbonsourceavailability,pH,temperature,andnitrateconcentrationweremanipulated.Thedenitrificationrate,nitrateremovalefficiency,andmicrobialactivityweremonitoredthroughouttheexperiments.Additionally,themicrobialcommunitycompositionandfunctionalgenesrelatedtodenitrificationwereanalyzedusingmoleculartechniques. 3.ResultsandDiscussion Theresultsshowedthattheself-sustainingnitrifyinggranulars
