艾地苯醌的抗动脉粥样硬化作用及其机制研究 Title:TheAnti-AtheroscleroticEffectsandMechanismsofAtorvastatin Introduction: Atherosclerosisisachronicinflammatorydiseasecharacterizedbytheformationofplaqueswithinarteries,leadingtovariouscardiovasculardiseasessuchasheartattacksandstrokes.Atorvastatin,amemberofthestatinfamily,hasbeenwidelyusedasalipid-loweringagentandhasshownpromisingeffectsinloweringcardiovascularevents.Thispaperaimstoinvestigatetheanti-atheroscleroticeffectsofatorvastatinandexploretheunderlyingmechanisms. Methods: Tostudyitsanti-atheroscleroticeffects,invitrostudieshavebeenconductedusingcellculturemodels,primarilyutilizinghumanendothelialcellsandsmoothmusclecells.Animalmodels,includingmiceandrabbits,havealsobeenemployedtoexaminetheefficacyofatorvastatininpreventingthedevelopmentandprogressionofatherosclerosis.Variousbiochemicalassays,histologicalexaminations,andmolecularanalyseshavebeenperformedtoassessthevascularprotectiveeffectsofatorvastatin. Results: Numerousstudieshaveshownthatatorvastatinexertsitsanti-atheroscleroticeffectsthroughmultiplemechanisms.Firstly,atorvastatinreduceslow-densitylipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C)levelsbyinhibitingtheenzyme3-hydroxy-3-methylglutarylcoenzymeA(HMG-CoA)reductase,whichisinvolvedincholesterolsynthesis.LoweringLDL-Clevelscanreducetheformationoffoamcells,akeycomponentofatheroscleroticplaques.Secondly,atorvastatinenhancestheproductionandactivityofendothelialnitricoxidesynthase(eNOS),leadingtoimprovedendothelialfunctionanddecreasedendothelialdysfunction.Thirdly,atorvastatininhibitstheproliferationandmigrationofvascularsmoothmusclecells,whicharecriticalforthedevelopmentofatheroscleroticlesions.Additionally,atorvastatinpossessesanti-inflammatoryproperties,reducingtheexpressionofpro-inflammatorycytokinesandadhesionmolecules,andinhibitingtherecruitmentofinflammatorycellsintothevesselwall.Lastly,atorvastatinstabilizesatheroscleroticplaquesbypromotingcollagensynthesisandinhibitingplaquerupture. Conclusion: Atorvastatin,asaneffectivelipid-loweringagen
