离子液体辅助阳极氧化法制备N掺杂TiO_2纳米管阵列及其光催化性能研究(英文) Title:PreparationofN-DopedTiO2NanotubeArraysUsingIonicLiquid-AssistedAnodizationMethodandTheirPhotocatalyticPerformanceStudy Abstract: Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofefficientphotocatalyticmaterialsforenvironmentalremediationandsolarenergyconversionhasgainedsignificantattention.Inthisstudy,weproposeanovelapproachtoprepareN-dopedTiO2nanotubearraysusinganionicliquid-assistedanodizationmethod.ThepreparedmaterialexhibitsenhancedphotocatalyticactivityduetotheN-dopingandtheuniquestructureofthenanotubearrays.TheaimofthisresearchistoinvestigatetheeffectsofN-dopingonthepropertiesandphotocatalyticperformanceofTiO2nanotubearrays. 1.Introduction: Titaniumdioxide(TiO2)isawidelystudiedandemployedphotocatalystduetoitsexcellentstability,lowcost,andnon-toxicnature.However,pureTiO2suffersfromlimitedphotocatalyticactivityinthevisiblelightregion.Theintroductionofdopants,suchasnitrogen(N),hasbeenrecognizedasaneffectivewaytoenhancethevisiblelightabsorptionandphotocatalyticperformanceofTiO2.Moreover,theuseofTiO2nanotubearraysasphotoelectrodesoffersseveraladvantages,includinghighsurfacearea,efficientchargetransport,andsuperiorlightharvestingcapability.Inthisstudy,N-dopedTiO2nanotubearraysaresynthesizedusinganionicliquid-assistedanodizationmethod. 2.ExperimentalProcedure: ThesynthesisofN-dopedTiO2nanotubearraysinvolvesseveralsteps.Firstly,atitaniumfoilissubjectedtotwodifferentanodizationprocessesinthepresenceofanionicliquid.Then,theas-preparednanotubearraysaresubjectedtoheattreatmentinthepresenceofanN-containingprecursor.TheresultingN-dopedTiO2nanotubearraysarecharacterizedusingvarioustechniques,includingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),andX-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS).Thephotocatalyticperformanceofthematerialisevaluatedthroughthedegradationofamodelorganicdyeundervisiblelightirradiation. 3.ResultsandDiscussion: SEMimagesrevealtheformationofhighlyorderedandverticallyalignedTiO2nanotubearrays
