Toaddressthisissue,anintelligentpredictionsystemandsimulationprogramareproposedtoprovidereal-timetemperaturepredictionandoptimizationforthecoilingprocess.Byincorporatingadvancedmodelingtechniquesandmachinelearningalgorithms,thesystemcananalyzetheprocessparametersandhistoricaldatatoaccuratelypredictthecoilingtemperature,allowingoperatorstomakeinformeddecisionsandadjustments. 2.Methodology Theintelligentpredictionsystemconsistsoftwomaincomponents:amodelingandsimulationprogram,andamachinelearningalgorithmforreal-timetemperatureprediction.Themodelingandsimulationprogramisdevelopedbasedonthefiniteelementmethod,whichcansimulatethethermalbehaviorofthehotrolledstripsteelduringthecoilingprocess.Byconsideringfactorssuchasheattransfer,materialproperties,androllingparameters,theprogramcanprovideaccuratepredictionsofthecoilingtemperature.
