水中总磷测定方法的研究进展 Title:AdvancesinResearchonMethodsforTotalPhosphorusDeterminationinWater Abstract: Phosphorus,anessentialnutrientforlife,playsacrucialroleinvariousbiologicalandecologicalprocessesinaquaticecosystems.However,excessivephosphorusloadingfromhumanactivitiessuchasagriculturalrunoffandwastewaterdischargecanleadtoeutrophicationandthedegradationofwaterquality.Accuratedeterminationoftotalphosphorus(TP)concentrationsinwaterbodiesiscrucialforeffectivewaterresourcemanagementandenvironmentalprotection.ThispaperreviewstherecentadvancesinresearchonmethodsforTPdeterminationinwater,highlightingtheirapplications,advantages,limitations,andpotentialfuturedirections. Introduction: ThedeterminationofTPinwaterisessentialforassessingitsecologicalstatusandunderstandingtheimpactofanthropogenicactivitiesonwaterquality.TraditionalTPdeterminationmethodsincludecolorimetry,gravimetrictechniques,andspectrophotometry.However,thesemethodssufferfromlimitationssuchastime-consumingprocedures,lowprecision,andinterferencefromcoexistingsubstances.Consequently,researchershavedevelopedandoptimizedvariousinnovativeandsensitivetechniquesforTPdeterminationinwater. 1.Enzymatic-BasedMethods: Enzymatic-basedmethods,specificallytheuseofacid-hydrolyzablephosphorus(AHP)andalkaline-hydrolyzablephosphorus(ALP)enzymes,havegainedpopularityduetotheirhighsensitivityandselectivity.Thesemethodsinvolvethehydrolysisoforganicandinorganicphosphoruscompoundsbyspecificenzymes,followedbycolorimetricdetermination.Notably,theAHPmethodhasbeensuccessfullyemployedinanalyzingTPinvariouswatermatrices,includingfreshwater,marine,andwastewater. 2.FluorometricTechniques: Fluorometrictechniques,suchasflowinjectionanalysis(FIA)andsequentialinjectionanalysis(SIA),offerenhancedsensitivityanddetectionlimitsforTPdetermination.Thesemethodsutilizefluorescentreagentsthatselectivelyreactwithphosphorustoproducefluorescentcompounds.TheresultingfluorescenceintensityisproportionaltotheTPconcentrationandcanbemeasuredusingafluorescencespectropho
