Introduction: Satelliteimagingsystemshavegainedsubstantialimportanceinthemoderneraofwarfareanddisastermanagement.Thesesystemsofferuniquecapabilitiesthatcanenhancetacticaloperationsbyprovidingcriticalinformationabouttheenvironment,potentialthreats,andactionableintelligence.Thispaperwilldiscusstheapplicationsofsatelliteimagingsystemsintacticaloperations,emphasizingtheirroleinsupportingreal-timedecision-makingprocesses. I.EnhancingSituationalAwareness: Satelliteimagingsystemsplayacrucialroleinprovidingreal-timeandhistoricalimagery,helpingoperatorsanddecision-makersdevelopanaccurateunderstandingoftheoperationalenvironment.Bycapturingimagesfromspace,thesesystemscancovervastareas,allowingcommanderstoassessterrainfeatures,infrastructure,andpotentialthreats.Detailedimagerycanbeusedtoidentifypotentialambushsites,vulnerablepoints,orhiddenenemypositions,therebyimprovingsituationalawarenessandreducingoperationalrisks.
