基于手性功能单体的S-萘普生分子印迹聚合物的制备及性能研究 Title:PreparationandPerformanceStudyofS-NaproxenMolecularlyImprintedPolymerBasedonChiralFunctionalMonomers Abstract: Molecularlyimprintedpolymers(MIPs)havegainedsignificantattentioninrecentyearsduetotheirabilitytoselectivelyrecognizeandbindtargetmolecules.Inthisstudy,anovelS-naproxenmolecularlyimprintedpolymer(MIP)wassynthesizedusingchiralfunctionalmonomers.ThepreparationprocessandtheperformanceoftheMIPwerethoroughlyinvestigated.TheresultingMIPdemonstratedexcellentselectivityandaffinitytowardsS-naproxen,makingitapromisingmaterialforapplicationsindrugdelivery,separation,andanalysis. 1.Introduction: Molecularlyimprintedpolymers(MIPs)haveemergedasaneffectivetoolforbiomimeticrecognitionandseparationoftargetmolecules.Thetechniqueinvolvesthecreationofapolymermatrixwithspecificbindingsitesthatmatchtheshape,size,andfunctionalgroupsofthetargetmolecule.Amongvariousfunctionalmonomers,chiralfunctionalmonomershaveattractedsignificantattentioninrecentyearsduetotheirabilitytocreatespecificchiralrecognitionsites. 2.MaterialsandMethods: 2.1SynthesisofChiralFunctionalMonomer:Achiralfunctionalmonomer,suchas(R)-(+)-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonicacid(AMPSA),wassynthesizedaccordingtoestablishedmethods. 2.2PreparationofS-NaproxenTemplateandPolymerization:AS-naproxentemplatewaspreparedbydissolvingaspecificamountofS-naproxeninasuitablesolvent.Amixtureofchiralfunctionalmonomer,cross-linker,initiator,andsolventwasaddedtothetemplatesolution.PolymerizationwasthencarriedoutunderspecificconditionstoformtheMIP. 3.CharacterizationoftheMIP: DifferentcharacterizationtechniqueswereemployedtoevaluatetheperformanceoftheMIP,includingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),Fourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),andbindingexperiments.SEMwasusedtoexaminethesurfacemorphologyandparticlesizedistributionoftheMIP.FTIRanalysiswasconductedtoconfirmthechemicalstructureofthepolymer.BindingexperimentswereperformedtodeterminetheselectivityandbindingcapacityoftheMIPtowardsS-naproxen.
