Methodology: 1.Selectionofcharacteristicsandlevels: Fortheoptimizationofstampingprocessparameters,weselectedcertaincharacteristics,suchasthethicknessofthereinforcementbeam,theblankholderforce,andtheformingspeed.Wedefineddifferentlevelsforeachcharacteristictocreateacomprehensiveparameterspace. 2.Designoforthogonalexperiment: Orthogonalexperimentdesignisanefficientmethodforexploringmultifactorandmultilevelexperiments.WeusedtheTaguchiL_9orthogonalarraytoreducethenumberofexperimentsrequiredwhileensuringsignificantfactorswereinvestigated.Theorthogonalarrayconsistedofthreefactors,eachwiththreelevels. 3.Dynaformsimulation: Dynaformisawidelyusedsoftwareforthesimulationofsheetmetalformingprocesses.WeutilizedDynaformtosimulatethestampingprocessforeachcombinationofparametersdefinedbytheorthogonalarray.Thesoftwareprovidedvaluableinsightsintotheformingprocess,includingthedistributionofstress,strain,andmaterialthinning,toevaluatethequalityofthereinforcementbeam. 4.Performanceevaluation: Severalperformanceindicatorswereconsideredtoevaluatethequalityofthereinforcementbeam,includingthicknessdeviation,straindistribution,andmaterialthinning.Thesimulationresultswereanalyzedusingstatisticalmethodstoidentifytheoptimalstampingprocessparameters. ResultsandDiscussion: ByutilizingDynaformandconductingtheorthogonalexperiments,weobtainedthesimulationresultsforeachcombinationofstampingprocessparame
