含硅丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯乳液的制备及性能研究 Title:PreparationandPerformanceCharacterizationofSilicone-modifiedWaterbornePolyurethaneEmulsion Abstract: Thisresearchaimstoinvestigatethepreparationandperformancecharacterizationofasilicone-modifiedwaterbornepolyurethane(WPU)emulsion.Thesynthesisoftheemulsionwascarriedoutviaatwo-steppolymerizationprocess,combiningthebasepolyolcomponents,isocyanates,andasilicone-containingmonomer.Theresultingemulsionwascharacterizedintermsofitsphysical,chemical,andmechanicalproperties.Thefindingsrevealedthattheincorporationofsiliconeimprovedthestability,waterandabrasionresistance,andfilm-formingpropertiesoftheWPUemulsion.Theresultswillcontributetothedevelopmentandapplicationofsilicone-modifiedWPUemulsionsinvariousindustries. Introduction: Waterbornepolyurethane(WPU)emulsionshavegainedsignificantattentionfortheirexcellentproperties,suchasgoodadhesion,environmentalfriendliness,andeaseofapplication.However,tofurtherimprovetheirperformance,itisimportanttointroducemodifiersthatenhancespecificcharacteristics.Silicone-basedadditiveshavebeenwidelyusedtoimprovethewaterresistance,weatherability,andmechanicalpropertiesofpolymericmaterials.Inthisstudy,weaimedtoprepareasilicone-modifiedWPUemulsionandinvestigateitspropertiesforpotentialapplications. Methods: 1.Synthesisofbasepolyol:Amixtureofdiolsandtriolswerereactedwithasuitablediisocyanatetoobtainthebasepolyol. 2.Preparationofsilicone-containingmonomer:Asilanecouplingagentwasreactedwithanunsaturatedmonomertoproducethesilicone-containingmonomer. 3.Two-steppolymerization:Thebasepolyol,isocyanates,andsilicone-containingmonomerweremixedinaspecificratioandheatedtoinitiatethepolymerizationprocess.Thereactionwascarriedoutintwosteps–pre-polymerizationandchainextension–toobtainthedesiredsilicone-modifiedWPUemulsion. 4.Characterization:TheresultingemulsionwascharacterizedusingvarioustechniquesincludingFourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),dynamicmechanicalanalysis(DMA),contactanglemeasurement,andscanningelectronmicroscopy(S
