Introduction: TheSijiayingironmineislocatedinaremoteareaandisknownforitslow-gradeironoredeposits.Thetraditionalbeneficiationmethod,whichinvolvescrushing,grinding,magneticseparation,andgravityseparation,haslimitationsinachievinghigh-qualityironconcentrateduetothepresenceofimpurities,suchassilicaandalumina.Thereverseflotationprocessusingcationicflotationisaneffectivemethodtoimprovetheironconcentrate'squalitybyselectivelyremovingimpurities.Thisstudyfocusedonoptimizingtheoperatingconditionsforthereverseflotationprocesstomaximizetheironrecoveryandreducetheimpuritycontent.
