321奥氏体不锈钢管焊接后真空去应力工艺研究 Abstract Thestudyaimedtoinvestigatethevacuumstressreliefprocessofwelded321austeniticstainlesssteelpipes.Thestudyevaluatedtheprocessofwelding321austeniticstainlesssteelpipes,identifiedthepotentialrisksassociatedwithpost-weldstress,andexaminedtheeffectivenessofvacuumstressrelief.Theresultsindicatedthatpre-weldpreparationcanreducetheriskofpost-weldstressin321austeniticstainlesssteelpipes.Furthermore,vacuumstressreliefwasobservedtobeaneffectivetechniquetoreducepost-weldstress. Introduction 321austeniticstainlesssteeliscommonlyusedinvariousindustriesduetoitsexcellenthigh-temperaturepropertiesandcorrosionresistance.Theweldingprocessof321stainlesssteelhaschallengedengineersandfabricatorsduetothepotentialrisksassociatedwithpost-weldstress.Post-weldstresscanleadtocracking,warping,anddistortion.Theseissuescancompromisethemechanicalpropertiesofthepipes,makingthemunsuitableforuseincriticalapplications.Therefore,stressreliefprocesseshavebeendevelopedtoreducepost-weldstressin321stainlesssteelpipes. Vacuumstressreliefisastressrelieftechniquethatinvolvesheatingtheweldedmaterialinavacuumenvironment.Theprocesshasbeenreportedtobeeffectiveinreducingpost-weldstressinothermaterials.However,itseffectivenessinreducingstressin321stainlesssteelpipesisunknown.Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatethevacuumstressreliefprocessofwelded321austeniticstainlesssteelpipes.
