棒状ZnO微米材料的水热法制备及表征研究 摘要: 本文研究了一种水热法制备棒状ZnO微米材料的方法,通过调节反应条件,成功制备出了具有单晶棒状结构的ZnO微米材料。通过对样品进行XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-Vis分析,确定了样品的晶体结构、形貌特征和光学性质。结果表明,采用水热法可以在较短的时间内制备出高质量的ZnO微米材料,具有广泛的潜在应用前景。 关键词:水热法、棒状ZnO微米材料、制备、表征、光学性质 Introduction: Zincoxide(ZnO)isawidelyusedmaterialwithuniquephysicalandchemicalproperties.Ithasawidebandgap(3.37eV),highelectronmobility,goodcatalyticactivity,andbiocompatibility.Becauseoftheseproperties,ithaspotentialapplicationsinfieldssuchasoptoelectronics,sensors,solarcells,andphotocatalysts.Inrecentyears,researchhasfocusedondevelopingnewmethodsforsynthesizingZnOnanoparticlesandcoatingmaterials. Amongthesemethods,hydrothermalsynthesishasattractedmuchattentionforitssimplicity,lowcost,andenvironmentalfriendliness.Hydrothermalsynthesisisaprocessthatuseswaterorotherliquidsasasolventathightemperatureandpressuretosynthesizematerials.Inthisstudy,wereportonthehydrothermalsynthesisofrod-shapedZnOmicrostructuresandtheircharacterization. Experimental: Therod-shapedZnOmicrostructuresweresynthesizedusingasimplehydrothermalmethod.Zincnitratehexahydrateandhexamethylenetetraminewereusedasreagents,anddeionizedwaterwasusedasthesolvent.Inbrief,thesolutionof0.2Mzincnitratehexahydrateand0.2Mhexamethylenetetraminewasmixedandstirredfor30minutes.ThemixturewasthentransferredtoaTeflon-linedautoclaveandheatedat130°Cfor12hours.Aftercoolingtoroomtemperature,thewhiteprecipitatewascollectedbycentrifugationandwashedrepeatedlywithdeionizedwaterandethanol.Finally,thesamplewasdriedundervacuumat60°Cfor12hours. ThecrystalstructureofthesynthesizedZnOmicrostructureswasanalyzedusingX-raydiffraction(XRD)onaBrukerD8Advancepowderdiffractometer.Themorphologyandmicrostructureofthesampleswereobservedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)usingaJEOLJSM-7800FandaJEOLJEM-2100F,respectively.TheabsorptionspectrumoftheZnOmicrostructureswasmeasuredusingaUV-visiblespectrophotometer(PerkinElmerLambda35).
