Methods: TounderstandtheimpactofspinningprocessesontheblendratioofLyocellfiber,severalspinningtechniqueswereexamined.Differentparameterssuchassolventconcentration,spinningtemperature,andspinningspeedwerevaried,andtheireffectsontheblendratiowereobserved.TheblendratioofLyocellfiberwasdeterminedbyanalyzingtheweightpercentageofLyocellfiberinthefinalproduct. Results: TheresultsshowedthatthespinningprocesssignificantlyinfluencedtheblendratioofLyocellfiber.Firstly,thesolventconcentrationhadasignificanteffectontheblendratio.HighersolventconcentrationledtoahigherblendratioofLyocellfiber,indicatingthatamoreconcentratedsolutionresultedinagreaterincorporationofLyocellfiberinthefinalproduct.Secondly,thespinningtemperaturealsocontributedtotheblendratio.HigherspinningtemperaturesincreasedtheblendratioofLyocellfiber,suggestingthatelevatedtemperaturesfacilitatedthedissolutionofLyocellfiberinthesolvent.Lastly,thespinningspeedinfluencedtheblendratio,withhigherspinningspeedsresultinginalowerblendratioofLyocellfiber.ThisindicatedthatincreasedspinningspeedshinderedtheproperincorporationofLyocellfiberinthespinningprocess.
