MYB4基因调控植物干旱胁迫的机理研究 Title:MechanismsofMYB4GeneRegulationUnderDroughtStressinPlants Abstract: Droughtstressisamajorenvironmentalchallengeforplants,leadingtoreducedgrowth,development,andultimatelycropyieldlosses.Understandingthemolecularmechanismsunderlyingplantresponsestodroughtstresscanprovidevaluableinsightsforthedevelopmentofdrought-tolerantcrops.TheMYB4genehasemergedasakeyregulatorinplantdroughtresponses.ThispaperaimstoreviewthecurrentunderstandingofthemechanismsbywhichtheMYB4generegulatesplantdroughtstress. Introduction: Droughtstressisacomplexabioticstressthatadverselyaffectsplantgrowthandproductivityworldwide.Plantshavedevelopednumerousstrategiestocopewithdroughtstress,includingtheactivationofvariousmolecularpathways.Transcriptionfactorsplayacrucialroleincoordinatingtheexpressionofstress-responsivegenes.TheMYB4gene,amemberoftheMYBtranscriptionfactorfamily,hasgainedattentionforitsinvolvementinregulatingplantdroughtresponses. RegulationofMYB4GeneExpression: Underdroughtstress,theexpressionoftheMYB4geneisupregulated,indicatingitspotentialroleinplantstressresponses.MYB4geneexpressionismodulatedbymultipleregulatoryfactors,includingothertranscriptionfactors,hormones,andsignalingmolecules.TheDREB/CBF(Dehydration-ResponsiveElement-Binding/C-repeatBindingFactor)transcriptionfactorsandABA(abscisicacid)havebeenshowntodirectlybindtotheMYB4promoter,enhancingitsexpressionunderdroughtstressconditions.Inaddition,MYB4isalsoregulatedbyvariousdownstreamgenesandsignalingpathwaysinvolvedindroughtstressresponses. MYB4ProteinStructureandFunction: TheMYB4proteincontainsconservedDNA-bindingdomainsandfunctionsasatranscriptionalregulator.Itinteractswithothertranscriptionfactors,co-regulators,andchromatin-modifyingenzymestomodulategeneexpression.MYB4actsasanegativeregulatorofdroughttolerancebyrepressingtheexpressionoftargetgenesassociatedwithstress-responsivepathways.ThemolecularmechanismsofMYB4-mediatedgenerepressionarenotfullyunderstoodbutinvolvehistonedeacetylation,DNAmethylation,andc
