Englishlearningfatigueisacommonissueamongvocationalcollegestudents.Thisstudyexaminesthecurrentsituation,causes,andpossiblecountermeasuresofEnglishlearningfatigueatAUniversity.Theresearchexploresvariousfactorscontributingtothisproblem,includinglimitedexposuretoEnglish,alackofmotivation,ineffectiveteachingmethods,andtheinfluenceofsocialandculturalfactors.Basedonthefindings,thispapersuggestsseveralstrategiestomitigateEnglishlearningfatigue,includingcreatingasupportivelearningenvironment,implementingtask-basedlearningapproaches,utilizingauthenticmaterials,encouragingautonomouslearning,andfosteringlearnerautonomyandmotivation.
