高双光子吸收截面有机半导体材料的设计、合成与表征 Introduction Organicsemiconductorshavebeenextensivelystudiedandfoundtobepromisingmaterialsinapplicationssuchassolarcells,light-emittingdiodes,transistors,andoptoelectronicdevicesduetotheiruniqueoptoelectronicproperties.Oneoftheimportantoptoelectronicpropertiesisthetwo-photonabsorption(TPA)cross-section,whichreferstotheabilityofamaterialtoabsorbtwophotonssimultaneously.TPAisusefulinphotonics,nonlinearoptics,andtwo-photonfluorescencemicroscopy. TheTPAcross-sectioncanbeenhancedbyimprovingthedesignandsynthesisoforganicsemiconductormaterials.Inthispaper,wewilldiscussthedesign,synthesis,andcharacterizationoforganicsemiconductorswithhighTPAcross-section. DesignofOrganicSemiconductorswithHighTPACross-Section TheTPAcross-sectionoforganicsemiconductorscanbeenhancedbyincreasingthedelocalizationofπ-electrons.Thedelocalizationofπ-electronsinanorganicsemiconductorcanbeincreasedbyextendingtheconjugationlengthoftheπ-system,introducingelectron-donatingorelectron-withdrawinggroups,ortailoringtheintermolecularinteractions. ConjugationLength Byincreasingtheconjugationlengthoftheπ-system,thedelocalizationofπ-electronscanbeenhanced,leadingtoanincreaseintheTPAcross-section.Forexample,polyene-typemolecules,suchasoligothiophenes,havealongconjugationlengthandhighTPAcross-sections.TheTPAcross-sectioncanbefurtherenhancedbydesigningaconjugationstructurethatallowsfortheparticipationofadditionalπ-electrons. Electron-DonatingorElectron-WithdrawingGroups Electron-donatingorelectron-withdrawinggroupscanbeintroducedtoanorganicsemiconductormoleculetomodifyitsenergylevelsandenhanceitsTPAcross-section.Electron-donatinggroupsincreasetheenergyofthehighestoccupiedmolecularorbital(HOMO),whileelectron-withdrawinggroupsdecreasetheenergyofthelowestunoccupiedmolecularorbital(LUMO).ThismodificationofenergylevelscanincreasethedistancebetweentheHOMOandLUMOandextendtheconjugationlength,leadingtoanincreasedTPAcross-section.
