蔗糖与氮羟甲基树脂浸渍密实化木材单板性能研究 Title:StudyonthePerformanceofSugarImpregnatedDensifiedWoodVeneerwithMelamine-Urea-FormaldehydeResin Abstract: Densifiedwoodveneerhasgainedsignificantattentionasapotentialalternativetosolidwoodduetoitsimprovedmechanicalpropertiesanddimensionalstability.Inthisstudy,theperformanceofdensifiedwoodveneerimpregnatedwithsugarandmelamine-urea-formaldehyde(MUF)resinwasinvestigated.Theaimwastoenhancethemechanicalpropertiesandwaterresistanceofwoodveneerforvariousapplications.Thedensifiedwoodveneersampleswerecharacterizedusingavarietyofanalyticaltechniques,includingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),dynamicmechanicalanalysis(DMA),andwaterabsorptiontests.TheresultsshowedthatsugarimpregnationincombinationwithMUFresinledtoimprovedmechanicalperformanceandreducedwaterabsorption,makingthedensifiedwoodveneersuitableforawiderangeofapplications. 1.Introduction: Woodisavitalnaturalresourceusedinvariousindustries,suchasconstruction,furniture,andpackaging.However,itsinherentproperties,suchaslowmechanicalstrengthandhighdimensionalinstability,limititswidespreadapplication.Toovercometheseshortcomings,densificationandimpregnationtechniqueshavebeenwidelystudiedasmeanstoenhancethemechanicalpropertiesandwaterresistanceofwoodmaterials.Densificationinvolvescompressingwoodunderhighpressure,resultinginincreaseddensityandimprovedmechanicalproperties.Impregnation,ontheotherhand,involvesfillingthewoodcelllumenswitharesintoimproveitsdimensionalstabilityandstrength.Inthisstudy,thecombinedeffectofsugarimpregnationandMUFresinimpregnationondensifiedwoodveneerwasinvestigated. 2.MaterialsandMethods: 2.1RawMaterials: TherawmaterialsusedinthisstudyincludedsugarandMUFresin.Woodveneerfromacommerciallyavailablespecieswasutilizedasthebasematerial. 2.2SamplePreparation: Thewoodveneerwasdensifiedusingahotpressataspecifictemperatureandpressure.Afterdensification,thesugarsolutionwaspreparedbydissolvingsugarindistilledwater.Thedensifiedwoodveneersampleswereimpregnatedwiththesugarsolutionbyvacuum-pressu
