稀土掺杂氧化锌纳米材料的制备及其光催化性能研究 Title:PreparationofRareEarthDopedZincOxideNanomaterialsandTheirPhotocatalyticPerformanceStudy Abstract: Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofadvancednanomaterialswithenhancedphotocatalyticpropertieshasattractedsignificantattention.Inthisstudy,rareearth(RE)dopedzincoxide(ZnO)nanomaterialswereprepared,andtheirphotocatalyticperformancewasinvestigated.Thesynthesismethod,characterizationtechniques,andthepotentialapplicationinenvironmentalremediationarediscussed.TheresultsshowedthattheintroductionofrareearthelementsintoZnOnanomaterialscouldsignificantlyenhancetheirphotocatalyticactivity,providingapromisingapproachforthedesignanddevelopmentofefficientphotocatalysts. 1.Introduction Photocatalysishasemergedasapromisingtechnologyforenvironmentalremediationduetoitsabilitytodegradeorganicpollutantsundersunlightirradiation.Amongvariousphotocatalysts,ZnOhasattractedsignificantattentionduetoitsuniqueopticalandelectronicproperties.However,therelativelywidebandgaplimitstheutilizationofsolarradiation,andtherecombinationofphotoinducedelectron-holepairshindersthephotocatalyticefficiency.Toovercometheselimitations,rareearthelements,suchascerium(Ce),lanthanum(La),andyttrium(Y),havebeendopedintoZnOnanomaterialstoimprovetheirphotocatalyticperformance. 2.SynthesisofRE-dopedZnONanomaterials VariousmethodshavebeenemployedforthesynthesisofRE-dopedZnOnanomaterials,includingsol-gel,hydrothermal,andchemicalprecipitationtechniques.Thechoiceofthesynthesismethoddependsonthedesiredsize,morphology,anddopingconcentration.Thedopants,usuallyintroducedduringthesynthesisprocess,canbeincorporatedintotheZnOlatticeandalteritselectronicstructure,leadingtoimprovedphotocatalyticproperties. 3.CharacterizationTechniques ThesynthesizedRE-dopedZnOnanomaterialswerecharacterizedusingvarioustechniquestoinvestigatetheirstructural,morphological,andopticalproperties.X-raydiffraction(XRD)analysiswascarriedouttodeterminethecrystalstructureandphasecomposition.Scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andtransmissionele
