溶液喷射纺PAN微纳米纤维宏量制备及其性能研究 Title:PreparationandCharacterizationofPANMicro/NanofibersviaSolutionSpinningforMacroscopicQuantities Abstract: Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)micro/nanofibershavegainedsignificantattentioninvariousfieldsduetotheirexcellentmechanicalproperties,highsurfacearea,andpotentialapplicationsinfiltration,tissueengineering,andenergystorage.ThisstudyinvestigatesthemacroscopicpreparationandcharacterizationofPANmicro/nanofibersthroughsolutionspinningtechnique.Theeffectsofspinningparametersonfibermorphology,mechanicalproperties,andchemicalstructureareexplored.TheobtainedPANfibersexhibitpromisingproperties,makingthemattractiveforawiderangeofapplications. 1.Introduction Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fibersarewidelyusedduetotheirexceptionalmechanicalpropertiesandthermalstability.Micro/nanofibersobtainedfromPANareofparticularinterestduetotheirhighsurfacearea,porousstructure,andcontrollablearchitectures.SolutionspinningisoneofthemostcommonmethodsforPANfiberfabrication,offeringasimpleandscalablerouteforproducingmacroscopicquantitiesofmicro/nanofibers.ThisstudyaimstoexplorethepreparationofPANmicro/nanofibersusingthesolutionspinningtechniqueandinvestigatetheirpropertiesforpotentialapplications. 2.Experimental 2.1Materials Polyacrylonitrile(PAN),dimethylformamide(DMF),andotherrequiredchemicalswereobtainedfromreputablesuppliers. 2.2SolutionSpinningProcess ThePAN/DMFsolutionwaspreparedbydissolvingPANinDMFataspecificconcentration.ThespinningprocessinvolvedthecontinuousextrusionofthePAN/DMFsolutionthroughasyringepump,followedbyair-gapattenuationandelectrostaticfieldstretching.Finally,thefiberswerecollectedonarotatingdrumorinacoagulantbath. 3.ResultsandDiscussion 3.1FiberMorphology ThemorphologyofthePANmicro/nanofiberswascharacterizedusingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).Theeffectsofspinningparameterssuchassolutionconcentration,spinningrate,andsolutiontemperatureonfibermorphologywereinvestigated.Itwasfoundthatlowersolutionconcentrationandhigherspinningratesledtotheformationofthinnerfibers
