河源市基层医疗卫生机构公共服务能力建设的研究 Title:AStudyontheConstructionofPublicServiceCapacityinGrassrootsHealthcareInstitutionsinHeyuanCity Abstract: ThispaperexaminestheconstructionofpublicservicecapacityingrassrootshealthcareinstitutionsinHeyuanCity.Itaimstounderstandthecurrentstateofpublicserviceprovisioninhealthcareinstitutionsatthegrassrootslevelandproposestrategiestoenhancetheircapacity.Theresearchisconductedthroughacombinationofliteraturereviews,fieldobservations,andinterviews.Thefindingsshowthatthereareseveralchallengesthatneedtobeaddressed,includinginadequateresources,alackofprofessionalexpertise,andlimitedpublicawareness.Toovercomethesechallenges,thepapersuggestsimprovingfundingallocation,strengtheningprofessionaltraining,andimplementingcomprehensivepublichealtheducationprograms.Itconcludesthatenhancingthepublicservicecapacityofgrassrootshealthcareinstitutionsisessentialtoimprovetheoverallhealthcaresystemandmeetthehealthcareneedsofthelocalpopulation.
